Megan A Gallagher
Owner, CRC, LMHC
Megan Gallagher graduated Summa Cum Laude from Humboldt State University in Arcata, CA, with a Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. Her primary areas of study were Psychology, Leadership, and Communications. She then completed her Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling* at Salve Regina University in Newport, RI. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor which means she is professionally trained to help people with any type of disability (physical, behavioral, mental health, developmental, etc) become more integrated into society and reach the highest level of self-sufficiency and the greatest degree of happiness possible. She is also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in both RI and MA.
Megan specializes in behavior modification (regardless of the cause), trauma, and employment/vocational concerns. She is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which is recognized as an evidence-based treatment for psychological trauma and depression by the SAMHSA National Registry of Evidence Based Programs and Practices (NREPP). Megan believes in treating each client as a whole person and not just a diagnosis.
Megan opened Here to There Counseling in 2016, where she continues to see both individuals and couples that want to not only strengthen the skills needed to live a happy life but are also looking to learn how to enjoy their journey.
In 2019, Megan then decided to expand her services into coaching and personal empowerment (which can be done with clients anywhere in the world), and Here to There Wellness was born. It is through HTW that she can reach more people by not only offering online coaching services but also by providing numerous online programs that are meant to simulate actual in-person coaching sessions. Megan created the Root to Fruit program by taking the top issues discussed in her treatment room and outlining ways to reach success.

Gina Goodhart has over 30 years of experience working in the medical profession. She is passionate about helping people and making a difference anyway she can. While living in California, she explored an array of holistic therapies and was eager to become a practitioner herself. She decided to continue her education and graduated from Rhode Island College with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2000. Happily, she discovered the Holistic Counseling program at Salve Regina University and acquired her Master’s Degree along with a Certificate of Completion from the Expressive Arts Institute in 2006. During this time, she assisted Hospice patients through the bereavement process and supported grieving family members after the loss of loved ones. Gina obtained a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Mental Health from Salve Regina University in 2013 and shortly after earned her License in Mental Health Counseling.
She has worked in a variety of places including private practice, hospitals, methadone clinic/substance abuse treatment center and Brown University teaching medical students how to communicate with patients. Gina has experience working with individuals and couples and realizes that every client enters therapy for so many different reasons. She loves to travel and has an appreciation for different cultures and ways of living. In 2000, she travelled to India for a conference hosted by Deepak Chopra in which she did yoga and meditation each morning before his lecture. She learned about the Hindu Gods and what each deity represented. In 2006, she travelled to Indonesia with Lesley University and learned about sacred ceremonies, rituals and customs of the Balinese culture and traditions. Gina is grateful for her education and life experiences that shaped her into the woman she is and the counselor she has become. She welcomes the opportunity to create a therapeutic/healing relationship with you.
